Can you produce custom or original prizes?
Yes. Through our network of Japanese manufacturers we can plan and produce original prizes. Minimum quantities and lead times vary by project, so please share the details through our contact form.
Which prize categories are most popular in the US?
In the US, Japanese-style miniatures, animal capsule toys, and anime-styled figures perform strongest. Stationery and lifestyle items also do well where gift traffic is high. We recommend an assortment based on your venue.
Machine Placement
How much does gachapon machine placement cost?
It depends on the placement model. Revenue-share arrangements can keep upfront costs low, while purchase models give you full ownership. We propose the best structure after learning about your location and goals. Contact us for a tailored quote.
How much space does a gachapon machine need?
A standard two-machine stack fits in roughly 50 cm of width and 40 cm of depth. Gachapon turns small dead spaces such as wall edges, corridors, and checkout areas into revenue. Locker-style units offer even more flexibility.
Who handles restocking and maintenance?
Either works: we offer scheduled restocking and maintenance service, or we train your staff to restock in minutes. Breakdown support is available in both models. Most partners start with full service and adjust over time.
Sourcing
Can I order small lots?
Yes. Many partners start with a small assortment and expand based on sales. Minimums are flexible; contact us with your plans and we will propose terms.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, we ship to the US and other international destinations. Terms depend on volume, timeline, and shipping method, so tell us what you need through the contact form.
Store Construction
What does your store construction service cover?
Everything from concept and interior design to fixtures, build-out, and post-opening product supply. We deliver complete Japanese-style retail environments, and partial-scope projects are also welcome.
Do you build stores outside Japan?
We take on international projects. Scope depends on local construction partners and regulations, so start by sharing your plans through the contact form.
